Fantastic location across from Lincoln Center. The rooftop bar offers great views and is lively in the evening. Room was quite small and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

Everything was good, fairly friendly staff, unbeatable location adjacent to the stations as well as Lincoln Center. The room was cozy, had a particularly good view to the other rooms of the hotel.

The location near Lincoln Center was ideal for my theater visits. Despite some minor inconveniences, like a noisy AC and key card issues, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed the nearby rooftop restaurant with amazing views, and the comfortable bed made up for the smaller room size. I would happily stay here again.

The stuff was courteous, polite, and everything was great. The American breakfast had a great selection of choices. The hotel had a marvellous location so close to Metropolitan Opera House.

The hotel staff was accommodating and superfriendly. We were there for 1 night and had dinner at rooftop restaurant.

In staying here, I found the atmosphere warm and professional, like a second home. The suite was spacious with great amenities. I especially enjoyed the crystal ballroom and rooftop views. The location near Central Park and Lincoln Center made exploring easy. The on-site restaurant had top-notch ingredients. Access to the fitness center was a plus. Valet parking was convenient. a delightful stay full of little luxuries worth the royal treatment. The Empire Hotel was a regal delight.

Our group stayed at the hotel for a leisure trip to explore the attractions nearby. What we liked the most during our stay was the comfortable beds and linens, the helpful staff, and the convenient location right near Lincoln Center. The lobby was also nicely appointed and provided a cozy atmosphere for us to relax in. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future for another trip to New York City.

The staff were especially helpful, we had an easy check in and a late check-out. The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Dante Park. The service was excellent and the pool was lovely. The venue provided a bar in the lobby.

Yo, this spot was so dope - dig the chill hallway vibe, the wicked prime location near Central Park and museums, with an easy shot to anywhere in the city! Plus, staff were top-notch, especially Steve who hooked us up with food tips. The rooftop bar was suave, even if it's a separate thing. Honestly, only bummer was the dodgy AC on the first night, but they fixed that up quick! All good, fam! 🌆

I had brilliant brand-new room with a nice view, constant ventilation system. Its location was central, walking distance to Dante Park.

During my recent travel to New York, I stayed at the Empire Hotel only for transit and found the database provided in their rooms to be very convenient for my work needs. the proximity of LaGuardia airport, just 15 km away, made it convenient for my travels.

The lack of a proper breakfast option was a minor inconvenience during my stay at the Empire Hotel.

The room was cleaned and available with twin beds, a stunning view plus a thermostat. A beautiful decor. Ideal location close to the subway, and 10 minute walk from lincoln center. Excellent experience there.

I'll definitely be staying at the Empire Hotel again. The city and landmark views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, making my stay even more memorable. The convenience of on-the-go time entry and mobile compatibility for employee time management services was a surprising but very thoughtful addition. The inviting yet sophisticated space of the hotel, along with the full salon services, made me feel pampered and well taken care of during my stay.

Access to the pool deck area was quite limited, only available from 11am to 7pm.

The first time I stayed, the staff helped with transport, which was kind. It suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and a rooftop pool. I always choose this place for my business trips.

However, the rooms were disappointing—small, old, and dark with terrible internet and bathroom issues. Despite some cleanliness and maintenance issues, the staff accommodated a room switch, which greatly improved my experience. The hotel's worn feel and lack of amenities were noticeable, but the location was undeniably fantastic.

The Corner Suite with 2 Queen Beds felt like a cozy home away from home. The separate living room area was perfect for relaxing with the family after a busy day of sightseeing. The spacious room allowed plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind.

I personally found the dining table and chairs a bit too basic for my taste.

the location is unbeatable - just a short stroll from the restaurants and attractions at lincoln center and columbus. got a room with a view and a friendly concierge - khiana - who knows the area inside out.

My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly delightful. the staff were incredibly helpful and respectful, from the housekeeping team to the front desk staff. the location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from Central Park and close to various cultural activities and great shopping spots. the ease of subway service to the upper East Side was a definite plus. I particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the neighboring European and Italian restaurants. the friendly welcome, along with a complimentary drink, made me feel right at home. the valet parking service was efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

While my stay at this hotel was overall wonderful, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced for the quality of food and beverages offered.

We were pleased with this hotel! This place is located in an excellent location in the heart of the city which makes it very convenient to get around anywhere using the subway. There is a small park just across from the hotel, and it is situated at two busy crossroads. Also, the service here is amazing! It offers a range of services including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. Moreover, the room amenities are comprehensive, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning.

We recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was extremely attentive and helped with any request, from Bellman to Maid service.

The room we booked was quite small considering the price, but the location made up for that a bit - directly across the road from the Lincoln Center. Didn't hear a peep from the hallways despite having many other guests on our floor. The hotel is conveniently located near various stores and restaurants, making it easy to explore nearby landmarks like Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, and Central Park. The rooftop pool area was also great for relaxation and enjoying the city views. The hotel's rating is a fair reflection of the experience, balancing positives and areas for improvement.

The hotel is situated in a really good area with plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area. The Hop on Hop off Stations are also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast served at the hotel is really tasty and there is also an in-room dining option with incredibly tasty food. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for their guests.

The fitness centre is of low quality and could be improved.

Visited Empire for a short family trip with my two kids, aged 8 and 11. The hotel's rooftop bar/restaurant had a professional GM and floor manager. The friendly bellmen made check-in a breeze. The location was excellent, with central park, the subway, and times square all within walking distance. The staff quickly addressed our issue with the shower, and the kids loved the small pool on the top floor. a nice hotel with great decor.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It's right across the street from a famous plaza and even has a small park nearby. The staff here is extremely attentive and always ready to help with any request. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The sitting area was cozy and the terrace had a lovely view. The hotel also had a great variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. the service and comfort provided here were top-notch.

They communicated well and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, were a great addition to our stay.

The luxurious Corner Suites with 2 Queen Beds provided ample space to sprawl and unwind, making it ideal for a family getaway. The plush lounge chairs and elegant dining table offered a relaxing retreat, reminiscent of a private sanctuary. It was like having a mini oasis in the heart of the city.

The Empire Hotel's database provided excellent online and cloud-based employee time management services, making it convenient to keep track of my work hours on the go. the room was a good size, with ample space to store purchased food or leftovers, and it even came with robes and slippers for extra comfort.

The room that was assigned to us had zero view of the city, and the window either had trouble opening or it didn't open at all. This significantly affected the overall experience and would have been a disappointment for guests seeking a city view.

Additionally, the Empire Hotel Fitness Center provided an excellent opportunity to maintain my fitness routine, offering free weights, cardio stations, and more. The facility was open daily from 7AM-7PM, which allowed me to easily incorporate workouts into my schedule. these amenities added a touch of luxury to my business trip, enhancing my stay at Empire.

The hotel is in a perfect location, just steps away from a metro station that takes you straight to Time Square. It is also central to most of the city's highlights, and directly across from Lincoln Center and great restaurants. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms offer stunning views of Broadway and the Lincoln Center, and the beds are comfortable. Additionally, the hotel has two bars with classy decor and serves good drinks.

One aspect of the hotel could use improvement, as some rooms may be in need of updating.

The only thing I would ask for to make it an even better vacation for senior people is for the children of the staff to provide more assistance with luggage and navigating the common areas.
